New Year's Eve 2026 in Seville: Club Parties, Galas and Where to See In 2027

New Year's Eve 2026 in Seville, Spain falls on Thursday 31 December, and because 1 January is a public holiday, clubs may stay open until 07:00. Clubs announce their parties and line-ups through November and December; this guide adds them as they come out, and meanwhile explains how the night works: tickets and tables, the countdown in Plaza Nueva and how to get home.

Club parties
When we checked in late October 2026, Antique Theatro's December listing only had a concert on 12 December, Discoteca Abril's December was empty and the usual round-ups had no Seville parties yet. For reference, in 2025 OCCO sold its New Year's Eve with Christmas Eve included and announced it was 80% sold on 21 December, so it pays not to leave it until the last week. As soon as there are parties at Antique, Abril, OCCO, Uthopia or any other club, they will appear here with area and hours; for tables and group conditions, message us on WhatsApp.

What to check before you buy
New Year's Eve tickets tend to come in price tiers, and the details matter more than on a normal Saturday. Look at the opening time (some parties start right after the countdown, others later), the entry conditions of each party, whether drinks or a party pack are included, and the dress code, which is usually smarter than on a normal weekend. If you are a group, ask about tables early: message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the conditions.
Dress codes at Seville clubs →Galas and dinners
If you prefer dinner before the party, travel guides mention New Year's Eve galas with dinner at flamenco tablaos such as Tablao El Arenal and Palacio Andaluz. Neither had published a 2026 programme when we checked in October, so confirm with each venue before you plan around it.
The countdown in Plaza Nueva
The traditional place to see the new year in is Plaza Nueva, under the city hall clock, according to travel guides. When we checked in October 2026, the city council had not published its plans for this year. O'Clock, on Méndez Núñez, is right by the square.
How late clubs can stay open
Under Andalusia's Decree 155/2018, nightclubs close at 06:00 and music bars at 03:00, with one more hour on the night before a public holiday (article 17.2). New Year's Day is a holiday, so on the night of 31 December the limits are 07:00 and 04:00. Article 23 also lets the city council extend closing times by up to two hours between 22 December and 6 January; Seville had not published that resolution for 2026 when we checked. The following night, Friday 1 January, also gets the weekend hour, so clubs can again stay open until 07:00 if they open that day.
That Christmas window in article 23 runs from 22 December to 6 January, so if the council approves an extension it can also cover Christmas Eve and the night before Epiphany, not only New Year's Eve. For students, the University of Seville has no classes from 19 December 2026 to 6 January 2027, with first-semester exams starting on 8 January.
Getting home
TUSSAM and Metro de Sevilla publish their New Year's Eve plan a few days before. As a reference, on 31 December 2025 the night buses started at 22:00 from Prado de San Sebastián and the last one left at 05:00 on 1 January, while the Metro ran from 06:30 to 21:12 (last train). If 2026 works the same way, count on a taxi or a night bus, not the Metro.
