A dance hall for salsa and bachata
Sala Havana is less a nightclub than a Latin dance hall, and that's its strength. Its Instagram describes it as an air-conditioned dance hall with a terrace and the best atmosphere to dance Cuban salsa and bachata in Seville, and its website calls it "a piece of the Caribbean in the heart of Andalusia", a space for parties, presentations and events. It sits at Calle Metalurgia 47, in the Polígono Calonge, and in October 2026 it celebrated its 6th anniversary with a concert by Dale Pututi and Realboy Nesty. The music covers the whole Latin dance repertoire: Cuban salsa, bachata, kizomba, cha-cha-chá and merengue. What sets it apart is that people really dance: couples, dance schools and teachers fill the floor, and the format of workshop first and social dancing afterwards makes it easy for beginners to join in.
The week at Sala Havana (checked 21/10/2026)
In October 2026 the week had four fixed slots. Wednesday is the "Fiestón" with DJ Kevin RG from 22:30 and free entry. Friday starts at 23:00 with a bachata workshop and then the social with a DJ. Saturday, the "Sabadazo", also starts at 23:00: on 24 October 2026 it had a rueda de casino workshop, a choreography by a dance company and the social. On Sunday afternoons it hosts Bachata On Fire with E-Motion: doors at 18:00, a workshop at 18:30 and the social from 19:30. There are also special dates: a Día de la Hispanidad tardeo on 12 October, a concert by Chacal on Friday 30 October, Halloween on Saturday 31 October with Desmadre Latino and a costume contest, and Navidad Latina on Friday 4 December from 22:00 with live percussion.
Tickets, tables and getting there
Sala Havana sells its tickets on its own website. In October 2026 the Saturday party and Halloween on 31 October were listed at €10, the Sunday midday concert by the University of Seville's plucked-string orchestra at €6, and Navidad Latina on 4 December at €15. The Hispanidad tardeo was €10 with a drink after 17:30, and Wednesdays are free. Tables are booked by phone. We don't sell anything through a shop of our own: message us on WhatsApp with the date and how many you are and we'll help you with tickets, a table or a group plan. The hall is at Calle Metalurgia 47, postcode 41007, in an industrial estate east of the centre, so go by taxi or ride-hailing. No dress code is published: wear shoes you can dance in. Prices are orientative, from its website and Instagram in October 2026.
