Maquiavelo: Restaurant, Cocktails and Tardeo on Seville's Muelle de las Delicias

Maquiavelo is a restaurant and terrace on the Muelle de las Delicias, by the river and the Puente de los Remedios in Seville, Spain, that calls itself “El Oasis de Sevilla”; in October 2026 its calendar had dinners on Thursdays and party afternoons from Friday to Sunday, some of them running until 3am.

Restaurant by day, party in the afternoon

Maquiavelo is first of all a restaurant with a terrace on the riverbank: its website has a menu, group menus for 2026, spaces for events of 20 people or more and a virtual tour. Its regular hours, as the website gives them, are those of a restaurant: Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 10:30pm, Sunday and Monday from 10am to 4pm. On top of that, the calendar on its website adds the party formats for the afternoon and the night. You can also book drinks, not just a table for lunch, through the venue's WhatsApp line.

The week in October 2026

Its calendar for October 2026 repeats a pattern you can plan around. These are the times it published; they change from week to week, so treat them as a guide.

On the eve of the 12 October holiday, Sunday 11, it ran a long day from 2pm to 3am with lunch, Malamente and dinner. And the “All Day Long” Saturday format was already on the calendar for 31 October and Sunday 1 November.

Malamente: Sunday with an international crowd

The Sunday afternoon session, Malamente, is one of the fixed dates of the Erasmus week in Seville: in October 2026 it was one of the parties aimed at international students, with entry from €0 on 25 October. Lunch, tardeo and night in one place

The advantage of Maquiavelo is that you do not have to move. The All Day Long Saturdays start at 1pm or 2pm, so you can have lunch, stay for the tardeo and, on some days, carry on into the night in the same place. On Fridays, Malacostumbre starts at 3pm and combines the afternoon party with dinner.

What it does not publish

Maquiavelo does not publish a music style, entry prices, a minimum age or a dress code on its website, so we do not give them. Its calendar times also sometimes go past the restaurant hours in its footer, which is normal for event days, but it is one more reason to check the specific day before you go. Bring ID if you are staying into the night.

Getting there and nearby

Maquiavelo is on the Muelle de las Delicias, by the Puente de los Remedios, at the end of the riverside strip that starts at María Luisa Park. Its neighbour on the same dock is Iguana Terraza, with WANNA DJ Sundays from 7pm, so a Sunday can easily take in both. Nearby, on the Muelle de Nueva York, Muelle New York and Manhattan River Bar open every day from noon. On Sundays the last Metro line 1 train leaves at 11pm, and the TUSSAM night buses A1 to A8 leave Prado de San Sebastián at midnight, 1am and 2am.
