Manhattan River Bar: Seville's Riverside Terrace Open All Year

Manhattan River Bar is a drinks terrace on the Muelle de Nueva York, by the Guadalquivir in Seville, Spain, open all year: every day from 12:00, until 1am from Monday to Thursday and until 3am from Friday to Sunday, according to its website (October 2026).

A terrace by the river, all year

Its Instagram bio says it in one line: “Terraza junto al río todo el año, en el Muelle de Nueva York”, a terrace by the river all year, on the New York dock. The account was active in October 2026, with posts on 15 and 20 October, and in August it was announcing “Abrimos todos los días”, open every day. So this is not one of the summer terraces that disappear in September: when the Delicias gardens go quiet, Manhattan is still pouring drinks by the water.

What it is like

Manhattan describes itself as a bar de copas with a riverside terrace. The offer is cocktails, mixed drinks and premium mixers, with “la música más actual”, current music. Its website pitches three moments of the day: afterwork, tardeo and the night out. A practical detail that makes it easy for a spontaneous plan: the website says you can get a spot on the terrace “sin necesidad de reserva”, without booking.

When to go

Going by its published hours, Manhattan works best as the first part of the night or as the whole plan if you want something calmer than a club. On a Friday or Saturday you can sit by the river until 3am and then decide whether to carry on. From Monday to Thursday it closes at 1am, which makes it a good option for an afterwork drink in the sun or a weeknight with friends. It does not publish a minimum age, prices or dress code: bring ID, and ask us if you are planning something for a group.

Who is next door

Manhattan shares the Muelle de Nueva York with Muelle New York, at Paseo de las Delicias 3, another all-year terrace that opens every day from noon and plays commercial, electronic, hip hop and R&B. Summer and winter on the river

In summer the riverside strip fills out with the seasonal terraces of the Delicias gardens: in 2026 Líbano opened from 14 May to 26 September, La Casa del Estanque from 22 May to 28 September and Terraza Bilindo, inside María Luisa Park, from 22 May to 24 September. From October what is left is the all-year group: Manhattan, Muelle New York, Terraza Chile, Iguana and Maquiavelo, plus Alfonso by Casino on Friday and Saturday evenings. That is why Manhattan is one of the waterside terraces you can count on being open on a Tuesday in January.

Getting back

If you stay until closing on a weekend, plan the way home: Metro line 1 runs until 2am on Fridays, Saturdays and nights before holidays, and the TUSSAM night buses A1 to A8 leave from Prado de San Sebastián from midnight to 5am on those nights (at midnight, 1am and 2am from Sunday to Thursday).
